Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Sales Executive who will interact with clients through calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person meetings. The role includes explaining product value, handling client queries, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

To drive product sales by engaging with clients through multiple communication channels, ensuring successful conversions, smooth onboarding, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final conversion
- Address client objections and convert prospects into customers
- Provide post-sales support and assist in client onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
Experience & Education
1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Sales, customer support, or client-facing roles preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication skills will be an added advantage
Tools & Technologies
CRM software (if applicable)
Email and communication tools
Social media platforms
Basic computer and internet usage tools
