Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Sales Executive who will interact with clients through calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person meetings. The role includes explaining product value, handling client queries, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Job Description

To drive product sales by engaging with clients through multiple communication channels, ensuring successful conversions, smooth onboarding, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final conversion
  • Address client objections and convert prospects into customers
  • Provide post-sales support and assist in client onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients

Experience & Education

1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Sales, customer support, or client-facing roles preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication skills will be an added advantage

Tools & Technologies

CRM software (if applicable)
Email and communication tools
Social media platforms
Basic computer and internet usage tools

  • Effective client communication and objection handling
  • High customer satisfaction and retention rate

Skills & Expertise

Core Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
  • Client handling and objection management

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, software, or service-based sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Experience in customer relationship management

Soft Skills:

  • Strong convincing ability and patience
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
